Hello there!! My name is Adity and this is a blog of my food escapades in the kitchen and a few travel stories from everywhere. Perhaps the idea of this blog originated when I realized that being so busy during the week resulted in me not eating well. This blog focuses on foods prepared using fresh, wholesome , real and unprocessed ingredients.
I started writing this blog when I was living and working in Singapore. In early 2017 my husband and I moved to Sydney, Australia and you can read all about it here. However I continue to write about food and travel experiences here particularly any food related travel, recipes and any food stories that I find worthy of sharing on this space.
Most of the recipes are vegetarian using fresh and whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, cheeses , yogurt, seeds, spices, herbs and pulses. I do not follow any specific diets as I don’t have any food restrictions. I sometimes eat eggs, chicken or fish if I can figure out their source and if they have been raised via sustainable and ethical means. I follow a balanced diet trying to ensure my body receives all the macro and micro nutrients from as many food sources as possible. I like my foods to be real, to be as natural as possible with no additives, preservatives or stabilizers.
