Hello there!! My name is Adity and this is a blog of my food escapades in the kitchen and a few travel stories from everywhere. Perhaps the idea of this blog originated when I realized that being so busy during the week resulted in me not eating well. This blog focuses on foods prepared using fresh, wholesome and unprocessed ingredients.
Most of the recipes are vegetarian using fresh and whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, cheeses (I love trying out new cheeses and sometimes wish was a cheese maker 🙂 ), yogurt, seeds, spices, herbs and pulses. I do not follow any specific diets as I don’t have any food restrictions. I sometimes eat eggs, chicken or fish if I can figure out their source and if they have been raised via ethical means. I follow a balanced diet trying to ensure my body receives all the macro and micro nutrients from as many food sources as possible. I like my foods to be real. To be as natural as possible with no additives, preservatives or stabilizers.
